By accessing our website or using any Five Line Health Care product, you agree to these terms. Where a signed subscription agreement exists between your organisation and us, that agreement prevails over any conflicting provision here.

Accounts are issued to identified users within a subscribing organisation. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity performed under your login.

Practitioner accounts require valid registration and qualifications, which the subscribing organisation warrants at the time of onboarding.

You may use the platforms only for lawful clinical, administrative and commercial purposes within your organisation's scope of practice.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, scrape, overload or circumvent access controls on any part of the service.

Our software supports clinical decision making and documentation. It does not practise medicine. All diagnostic and treatment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating practitioner.

Content on our marketplace and websites is informational and is not a substitute for professional consultation.

Subscription fees, billing cycles and taxes are as set out in your order form. Marketplace purchases on Nohha Life are subject to the seller's pricing, shipping and return conditions displayed at checkout.

Late payment may result in suspension of access after written notice.

We target 99.9% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. Support channels and response targets are defined in your service agreement.

All software, designs, trademarks and documentation remain the property of Five Line Health Care Pvt. Ltd. Clinical data entered by your organisation remains yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we exclude indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
